Dissolve the yeast with some water and sugar.
Put Maida, olive oil, water, sugar, salt and dissolved yeast and chilli flakes, oregano. Mix untill dough is Formed.
When your dough is ready cover it with cling film and allow it to rest for 1-2 hours. Or untill it doubles in size.
Put the dough into greased oven dish. Put a little olive oil over it to flatten it out with your fingers.
Use your fingertips to make some craters into the flatten dough. This is the crucial step in making focaccia.
Top it with capsicum, onion and slices.
Place it in the Microwave and bake it at 180°c for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with tea or soup..
